JCA have undertaken several projects for IDA on this estate. The practice undertook a Strategy Study which provided a master plan for the estate. A landscape plan and new entrance were undertaken in association with Bernard Seymour Associates. The Option building was constructed as an Advance Industrial Unit and was the first subsequent building following the master plan. Several other permissions were obtained. The practice is currently revisiting an Advance Office facility on the estate which will go for planning shortly.
