Musgrave Group Services Building
Musgrave Group are a major company in the grocery trade in Ireland and now in the UK. They required a Services Building to cater for the expansion of the business, both through generic growth and development. They have however, a modest profile which is reflected in this understated building. The building is in two wings, connected by an atrium and service core which presents a screen to the warehouse building behind as well as an internal courtyard to the office building. The materials are metal cladding with integrated glazing. Sustainability is an issue as the Musgrave Group take pride in their environmental awareness. The plan is relatively shallow and allows for a fair degree of flexibility. |
