Musgrave are a major company in the grocery trade in Ireland and now in the UK. They required an office building to cater for the expansion of the business, both through generic growth and expansion. The building is in two wings, connected by an atrium and circulation core. The materials are metal and timber cladding with integrated glazing. Sustainability is an issue as Musgrave take pride in their environmental awareness. The plan is relatively shallow and allows for a great degree of flexibility. The project is currently under construction, with planning permission recently granted for an additional floor, which will be constructed as part of the current contract.
