Siemens Building Fit Out, Cork
Siemens Ireland engaged JCA to oversee their fit out of three floors of a speculative office development on the Low Road in Cork. The brief comprised a number of constituents: A call centre layout on two floors, general deep plan and cellular offices on a third floor as well as reception, meeting, training and canteen facilities. The numbers in the call centre area were very concentrated with the brief requirements increasing considerably over the period of the project without a corresponding increase in floor area. JCA interacted with the developer in providing appropriate service and standards. JCA were responsible for the entire fit out including furnishings and fittings.
