New Facilities at
Penneys, Cork

Penneys on Patrick St. in Cork required a new storage facility linked to their shop premises. JCA increased the potential of the whole store by changing the narrow link bridge across Robert St. to a full width floor, which added considerable retail area to the shop.

JCA are currently acting on behalf of the client for the following Penny’s stores around Ireland:

St. Mary’s , Mary Street, Dublin (the roof domes) 2004 – ongoing

Tralee, Co. Kerry (new store) 2006 – ongoing (on site)

Main Store, Mary Street, Dublin (feasibility stage)  2007 – ongoing

Wilton, Cork  2007 – ongoing (on site)

Feasibility studies have also been carried out by JCA for stores in several towns.
