Pennys Tralee
Primark Stores Ltd intend to redevelop their premises as well as incorporating recent acquisitions following the successful planning consent. The new store, situated on The Mall, Tralee, will trade from three floors with stockroom at top level. The new store will be circa 5,000sq m. JCA have undertaken a number of other projects for Primark, including an extension to the Patrick’s Street shop in Cork.
JCA are currently acting on behalf of the client for the following Penny’s stores around Ireland:
Patrick Street, Cork 2004
St. Mary’s , Mary Street, Dublin (the roof domes) 2004 – ongoing
Main Store, Mary Street, Dublin (feasibility stage) 2007 – ongoing
Wilton, Cork 2007 – ongoing (on site)
Feasibility studies have also been carried out by JCA for stores in several towns. |
