Jack Coughlan FRIAI RIBA MUBC
Architect & Managing Partner

Jack Coughlan has been in private practice as an architect for thirty years.  A fellow of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland, he received a Master of Urban and Building Conservation degree from University College Dublin in 1997. He was awarded the RIAI Silver medal for Conservation in 2005. He has undertaken greenfield projects for UCC, Cork City Council and IDA as well the conservation of important eighteenth century interiors and exteriors at Fenn’s Quay in Cork and the conservation and conversion of St. Nicholas’ Church and the Wandesford Quay gallery, both in Cork.

He is currently responsible for new Revenue Offices in Blackpool, Cork and the new Penneys department store in Tralee. Jack has acted as project manager on several high tech buildings for overseas companies coming to Cork. He has wide experience in all aspects of project development for various building types including planning, fire safety and health and safety. Jack is the managing partner of the practice.
